[Modding Tools] For Sounds.

Just a heads up on a wonderful set of free tools I use to edit some of the soundfiles of FullAce.
MusicEditorFree Allows you to open Ogg files where you can edit, etc... You can also take Youtube downloaded videos and convert to soundfiles. A really wonderful Tool for editing soundfiles.

xrecode allows you to convert wav files Etc...back to Ogg files after you have saved it with MusicEditorFree after editing of course.

KEEPVID Allows you to download Youtube videos. http://keepvid.com/
